How I Can register My Property On Roomkart?

  • First create an account or log-in to Roomkart.com
  • Click on the 'Sell/To-let' button.
  • Fill the required information correctly.
  • Read TERMS and CONDITIONS carefully then accept it.
  • Click on 'FINISH' button.
  • It will take One or Two days to verify your property.
  • After verification you will recieve a confirmation message on your contact no.

How I Insert My Property On Map During Submision of Property?

  • Go to the Sell/To-let Button.
  • Insert require details.
  • On third page, there is a map button. Click on it.
  • A map appear on display, search your address and put marker on it by holding your address place.

Which Documents Required for Buying/Selling/Renting Property?

  • A Buyer should have all documentes which needed for buying related property like: Original ID of Buyer, Sale Deed/Title Deed, NOC from Government, Relevant Tax Receipts, GPA(General Power Of Attorney) and Encumbrance Certificate of the property.
  • A Renter should have its Original ID, Aadharcard.
  • A Seller should have its Aadharcard, original documents of the property, NOC(No Objection Certificate) From Government, PAN card, Tax Return, Address Proof, Approved Building Plan & Occupation Certificate, Encumbrance Certificate Tax Return.

  2. Roomkart take charge to advertise Home/Shop/Flat/Hotels on Website.
  3. We take charge from the seller to sale property, at the rate of Five percent (5%) from Total Cost.
  4. There is no charge for Buyer.
